The Team

Our team at Bun Buds is led by owner Jacob Weiss who was one of the founders of the original Bun Buds food cart.  He has helped grow the business from some (bad) sketches in a notebook into a brick and mortar restaurant. He believes in impeccable service and loves getting to know his customers.    

One paragraph could never sum up the extent of talents held by Chef William Lendway.  He introduced Jacob into the mobile food world and together the two of them build a food trailer by hand to grow Bun Buds together.  Chef Lendway runs the mobile side of Bun Buds and is a professor at JWU as well!
